They're rather stiff, choppy and uneased, but aren't we all when we start off, check out the tutorials, and see Lf2master's and Baha's they'll help you to understand how those effects can improve your animations, nice work though, keep practising!

Also can i suggest a program to you, it's an easier way of uploading your pivot files.
Use http://www.pivothost.org, create an account, and upload your animations onto that, by going to my uploads on the left, it's in small writing, once you've clicked that, scroll down until you come to 5 "Browse" buttons and boxes to go with them, click browse and upload your pivot file onto that and click "host" which is found under the Browse buttons and copy and paste the "BB Code ( Forums ) link and post it into your thread.

One thing you have to do first though, is when you save your animation, save it as a .gif file, set the frame delay to 6, and the shrink frames to 2.
Also untick the "merge" and "palette" then click "ok".
Then you follow what i said above, i hope this helped you.

They're not too bad actually, move all segments in each frame to give it a better flow, also spacing is required your moves are robot like, you need to kind of move with spacing in it, ill give you a small idea below..

|--|--|--|--|--|--|--| << Movements that are the same space away from eachother are a nono..

|-|--|---|-----|---|--|-| < That is more like it., do you understand? :)
the movements start by going small emount, then get slightly bigger, then bigger still much bigger. then reverse order., ok?
Keep working with pivot.

Let me show you an animation example, which of the two do you think is moving better?
Image

One on the left <<< Or >>> One on the right?
I don't know if my example is good enough to show you but you might notice which one looks better.

Indeed, i would send you a .piv but you know what, i can't remember how to put into .piv format lmfao?
when i remember i'll send to you, so you can study it when you have time or something :)
but yes, you were right about the..right lmao xD
It starts small goes bigger then smalls again if you know what i mean, anyway going to have a 15 minute brake now or longer, see you later.
keep practising ;)
Every 45minutes on pivot, take a 15minute break then animate again, it gives you a refreshed brain helps you concentrate lmao, see you :)
