Needs a LOT of work. Just work on all the basics, easing, choppyness, flow. You'll get it in time, keep animating.

your animations are quite stiff, try to move every point of the stick :)

In general it is quite good, but add smoothness and more movements!

nice idea, you got easing already :)
just the stick should do more moves, even its just a little step
that would make it more elegant

But you just have to practice. Like i did when i was a total noob x3

yo yeah.. your animations are stiff, try to move each point as possible.
try to ease the stick, best is to take a short look at the tutorial-stuff, could help you :)
and most important: practice and have fun while animating :)
