in walk test leg should go farther forward, then it will look more realistic
In run, you must add one or two frames to show elapse of arms and make it more smoother

i dont know if its me or you,all the animations seem to be running at fps 7. i dont think its my computer,could be exporting problems. try to fix that,its making it hard ofr me to post a helpfull comment

I have the same problem, it's because you have a slow computer, and he has a spazzy computer. Try looking at his animations in firefox.
