Its good but too many tiny movements. Try practicing transitions of movements by doing sequences of short, simple movements. (Ex: Small animation consisting of lifting objects, sitting down, walking/running loops, etc). Then once you have that down, I'd practice some more by animating some more complex movements(Ex: a sprin to-jump, back/front flips, fighting combos, throwing/catching objects) after this I'd continue to practice in this fashion. In between you can make some long animations to make all that practice pay off! One concept to complex movements is understanding the way your own body moves, so you should try some of the movements in a safe area, but none of that crazy batman shat.
