Why do they need to marry anyway? Just live together, that isn't against the law!
There's actually a legit ceremony that can be done to bond people as family without an
actual marriage. I forget what it's called, but it's legal everywhere.
Gay marriage? No.
Civil partnership? Yes.
I think that there is something deeply wrong with people that are in love seeking the blessing of a group of people who 300 years ago would have stoned them to death.

so you'd deny them equality on the grounds of what happened 300 years ago? Marriage is not a christian occasion to begin with. Many secular couples get married. To say that only christians can get married is stunningly ignorant of the facts. This is most obviously demonstrated by the fact that two atheists can get married in a town hall without a single religious man within a hundred miles without any problem. It may have once have been a christian concept, however it has long since evolved past that. Marriage is now a symbol of love, and denying anyone that on grounds of their sexuality is discrimination.
