That's how I used to cheat on tests. Put some formulas in my pocket, go to bathroom and read them there, come back, do test, get an A or B, fuck you teachers.
So, they should let kids go to the restroom. How else would they graduate?

I went to the toilet every exam last year. Not my fault three hours of drinking water and sitting down do really contribute to that. At my new school we can walk out when we want, and they generally don't give a shit.

I see nothing wrong using the restroom during class.
Unless the class is doing something important to the class.

My teachers litterally NEVER let you go to the bathroom in class, which is exactly why 4 of my classmates pissed themselves. I really dont see why they don't just walk out, I did it once and the teacher just lectured me about how i'm disrespectfull to him and whatnot and how I shouldn't do it again or there will be consequences. My class mates are scared shitless of getting in trouble though.

In our class if we go to the toilet we have to make that time up at break. So if you go for the toilet for 10 mins you stay in at break for 10 mins. Which is pretty fair in my opinion. So the teacher can catch up on what you would of missed while you were away

They dont let you go to the bathroom, because, for example, if your in the very front of the room, as you walk to the bathroom, you can see the other person's test. And thats how you cheat, so they refuse to let you go.

Quite a few of my high school teachers will not let you use the bathroom during a test. But just as the others said, i would get up and go anyways. They threaten to give you a 0 on your test because of it, but if you just come back and finish it, they have no justification to give a 0 on a test that is perfectly acceptable for an A or whatever. They talk alot of shit but in the long run they can't really do half the crap they say they can.

Though, if my job was to deal with roughly 150+ teenage kids everyday who most of which have no respect or consideration for me, i might be a little power crazed as well.

Bari made a pretty good point on the first page. Every final I've written in the last 4 years has been 3 hours long, and I haven't gotten the urge to piss once during any of them. Maybe an urge, but nothing that couldn't be held in easily.

I'm not saying that you shouldn't be allowed to go to the bathroom during a test or anything, but if this is honestly enough of an issue that it happens to you a bunch of times, you probably deserve to piss yourself.

I also don't really see what the debate here is. Teachers can threaten you but can't actually do anything. Cool.

Also this is really off-topic, but I love it when teachers catch people cheating. This one numerical analysis professor I had got his TA's to mark the tests, but if you thought it was marked unfairly you could submit it back and have him mark it. Some guy tried changing an answer and resubmitting it, but it turned out that the professor photocopied all the tests and compared the ones he re-marked to the originals. When the professor handed back the re-marked tests, he made a big scene and pretty much verbally raped the guy in front of the class which had like 150 people in it. One of my favourite moments in all of school.
