I think they're talking about the keyhole that kinda extrudes out from the door like this one:
If you look at it on an angle you can kinda see it in Slusho's preview

I thought it looked like that. Slushie, if you haven't already, try making a bright shade on the edge of the door knob to make it contrast more with the part attached to the door to make it look like its sticking out more.
