Now a new way to make a instant donation online for any amount to help DD. I pay monthly fees to keep DD afloat, there are a variety of reasons we go dedicated, one for resources and the other to safeguard anyone from pulling us off a shared server. I use my own personal finances to run DD, from a variety of sources. Due to the credit issues, and the pound £ being weaker the cost of resources increases, it can often be a pain.

Users can now aid to keep DD going by making donations, simply use Paypal enter the amount you wish to donate and done. Instantly you know you've helped. Any amount is greatly welcomed and appreciated, even $1.

Glad this is up, as soon as I find out how much money I've got left in my bank, I'll donate it to the site. And then more to follow when I get a job.

Ill donate a tenner when I set up a Pay-Pal.

Just how much does this forum cost?
The money you make from VIP alone surely covers 6 months server and phpBB licence fees?

^ Lol it comes no where near to covering the cost, if you look at softlayer.com servers you'll see the high monthly fees which is about right for deadicated servers.


Remember deadicated is where you rent the server machine. It's not cheap but we need the resources. Unlike shared servers which cram as many clients on as possible just wouldn't work for DD.

Is there going to be a link somewhere in the index? Like where the "Redeem Code" or "VIP Rank Bar" links are? Not a big deal, but it would be nice : )

I'll definitely donate, I just don't know how long it'll be until I do.

I've been trying to get my paypal account to work for a while now... But I kinda did something stupid... When I originally signed up for paypal, it asked me to put down my name, so I put down "Gray Kickass" I though this would be a funny idea.

But I then realised you have to have the same name on your paypal account as your bank account. I tried to change it on Paypal but I couldn't. Apparantly, I got to send in a copies of my passport and loads of other shit to change it.

so yeah, as soon as I fix this little problem, I'll donate £10

I propably would donate a couple of bucks but I don't have a paypal. And I'm not getting one because they're not realy common here in Finland.

I'm in the proccess of aplying to every place that will hire 14 year olds. hopefuly one will hire me. When that happens I'll get a bank account and a paypall..... then ill donate.

btw I donated 20$ to dd without an account. Apparently it's fine with Paypal to receive money from unregistered doners.
