Going to start posting back in this thread now, hopefully I've broken most of the rust. :) I'll make something longer with a background soon.

Just trying to break this rust and get back in the swing of things, CC is much appreciated.

Feel free to give me as much criticism as possible as I'm trying to get as good as I once was or even better, thank you.

Nice. I love how you animate. Although, the backflip was sort of at a weird angle, like the arms were in sort of an akward position. Also try to make your movements flow more. Your 3d was over exaggerated thickness wise, being it either too thick at times, or to thin at times. At the beginning the front leg was a tad stiff, but that might have been intentional. You might want to try to add more flow into your animations, also because I have seen some of your other animations and they can be stop and go. Otherwise, they're pretty smooth, nice ideas, and for the most part, nonstiff. I say High beginner, close to intermediates.

Thanks Shell, lately I've been inspired by heavy spacers, like PivAd. Keep the comments coming please, I'd like to know my rank.

You look obviously intermediate but you REALLY HAVE TO MAKE A LONG ANIMATION. There's not much CC except the top one was a lil shakey.

Btw can I use you base ill give credz?

Spicy Animations #1
I really liked the bouncy feel to the animation, although I thought he should've reacted a bit more the first time he smashed against the grey ground/platform. It just seemed it needed a bit more of an impact. The most noticeable flaw in the animation was the feet sliding in the beginning, it didn't really matter but it seemed a bit shaky.
It was quite entertaining though.

3D + Movements
The beginning pose/movement in the animation looked really awkward and the arms seemed to be spazzing out a bit at places. The first 3D movement looked quite good, although the second seemed rushed, making the back flip look quite weird.
Although it was a decent attempt at 3D and had a fast pace feel to it, which I liked.
I'd say your main problem in that animation was possibly the foot placement, but it can be fixed easily, so don't worry.

Overall
You're obviously very good with the movements you animate and you can definitely add small but decent effects that give the animation more appeal (e.g. Camera movements and 3D ).
Although most of your animations so far are quite basic ( Basically just movements and such ), with not much length to them.
If you just increase the length and add a bit of detail, maybe even some more effects you will probably have a chance at Intermediate.

Good luck with animating and good work with your animations so far.

Eyheyheyhey! I love your stuff man, I really want to see you in intermediates soon. I honestly don't know how you aren't already...

But anyways, those movements were sweet, and the 3d was done quite well. The only thing I noticed was at the end of Spicy Animation #1 when he waves, it's a little uneased.

That was great K9! You remind me of PivAD a little. I like your really fast, bouncy style. The landing had the foot sliding but it was barely noticible, it was great though.
Keep going,
Borderline.
