At the risk of sounding like a pretentious faggot I was kind of going for that, I still wanted his knees to be in the air, and also from memory (although hopeless) this was the kind of sit I was going for, but yes there are flaws, but thanks for pointing that out.

Your newest was awesome dude. I don't know why you want me to comment when I have already told you what I think on skype but ok. The movements were nicely animated, I like how you kept the stick moving throughout the whole thing; I don't think I noticed it stop once. The realistic rag-doll style looked good on the swinging legs, and I liked how noticeable the invisible floor was. To me your movements are pretty close to veteran standard, and of course you will reach that standard if you keep practicing your moves, but what I want to see is you animate something that isn't just focused on movement. I know you've done it before but I want to see it more often, eventually it will get boring watching movement animations, similar to what Crono does but once in a while he mixes it up with some simple effects to make it look different; I wanna see you mix it up.

Anyway on to the animation again:
The sticks upperbody shook a little as it was doing the jump, if you focus on the head you will notice it a little. This has always been a bothersome problem for you but you will get over this one day with practice, so I wont go into too much detail about that problem. I didn't really like how the stick landed with its back so curved and unnatural, it almost looks a little stiff and uncomfortable, I think it should bend down more to the point where the sticks hands are hitting the ground or touching the ground.

The rest was great. If you ever get motivated again try animating something rather than those sexy movements, maybe pivot practices in freestyle can help you improve on this. Be more creative you fucking camel.

Hmm.. the blood particles don't really seem to feel the effects of gravity much, the way I see it. Imo, use more particles and keep them on screen for longer.

Oh, and your guy fell over way to quickly. Yet when he lands there's no 'bounce' or anything. His leg moves, but it moves slowly and stiffly, which suggests muscle control being involved in the movement. Yet it should be a limp reaction shouldn't it? I mean, he was fucking shot in the head man.. xD

There shouldn't be a limp reaction, the body doesn't go limp straight away, there will still be some muscle control when he gets hit in the head, it will probably take him about a second before he actually dies, hence the muscle control, and yes he was shot in the head, and from the force of the bullet, he moves backwards even though its hardish to see because of the double framing he was about to step back again, which is why his foot goes back, hence the poses.

About the blood, I barely animate blood so I guess I have something to work on, and they could have stayed on the screen for longer but I don't really have to use more particles, simple is best imo.

Although what you say is true, he still will have SOME muscle control, it doesn't change the fact that gravity is still in effect. There should have been some sort of bounce when he hit. I also agree with Oblivion about the blood. Could've stayed just a bit longer on the screen.

Otherwise, I thought it was a good animation. I loved the way the shooter looked throughout, and it was a short, entertaining animation (thumbsup)

Bodies don't bounce, only legs do.

well It was pretty nice but the arms shouldn't have stayed up after being shot and the head should have move back rather then down I also feel the double framing killed the animation a bit
the arms should have feel down and stay limb but what you did had too much muscle control I mean he just got shot in the head it should be almost instant death maybe just a bit less then a second.
anyway good job.

Nice animation

I hate the falling reaction so much, for me some thing is missing.
And yes the physics of the bounce of the legs could have been a little bit better.
You could'v worked on the blood a little bit more. I know blood is a bitch to animate.
I have never done blood any good my self.
I also noticed that the leg that didn't bounced went a little jerky for a little bit, but I guess it was intentional for the bouncy feel.

Good job anyways :D

Nice blood mate, looking good.

Apart from the shaky bits I mentioned on Skype, I found another, as the blue guy falls down, the leg to the right jerks in and out, I don't know which frame but it's pretty noticeable. The spacing is uneven of the grey sticks head, it moves, stops and moves.

The other movements were good, sorry I have no CC for the blood :(

E: It's the pivot leg that jerks around when the stick falls. Also maybe you should of had some of the blood particles fall further, they dissapeared too fast which looked unrealistic, more blood and some blood splats on the (invisible) wall or ground would of looked better. I forgot to mention but the way you animated the grey stick pull out the pistol looked so cool and smooth.

It's good but there were some major flaws in it imo. First of all when he shot the gun, he had nearly no recoil at all. The few pixels you made him raise his arm one frame where gone the second frame. Second, the reaction of the guy who got shot was pretty lacking. The blood was good though.
