Well, that was kinda stiff, to be honest, the back was bent quite deep, I'd recommend you straighten it, further, the back arm could stretch a bit more, in reality, the back arm is also stretched more than that. For the walk, I just recommend you to move that head a bit more and try point out the fact that the arms are actually changing for position, by using a more circular motion.
