These are nice, I really like the one in the middle. You seem to be good at drawing body parts correctly, but when it comes to the face it's not really that great, sorry. Your faces are kind of lopsided and morphed looking. Like the one in the middle; the lips look like it's too far to the left (his right). Unless that was the look you were going for? Remember that key areas of your face (eyes, lips, nose, ears) have certain lengths in common. Like the length in between your eyes is the same from your nose to your lips.
