Well, your flip is a little off. Mainly the physics.
Your flip was better the first time in my opinion.

See how i had him in the air, turning all of the time, and how he landed on his arms taking the impact. This is more realistic, and looks better.
I have done slower physics, but this is necissary for most flips to look smooth, but make it as close as possible to real life. Just find the bit in the middle, so both look good.
Just try and improve your movements overall, and try simpler movements before trying flips etc. because even some vets can't do flips, so just try to perfect punches and kicks etc before going mental and trying ace movements.
I find that watching videos in slo mo helps you find how to do realistic movements, like how the legs bend, or how the arms behave, and i find this helps a lot of beginners.
Well keep it up, you are improving, and you have the ability to get inter. Don't get disheartend and stop.
