There are a few transparent windows programs around. They are EXTREMELY helpful for making sticks and tracing etc.

Here is a list of the best ones I know.

Transparent Windows 2.0

This is the best one I've used by far. Instead of an icon or things like that, there is a slider bar beside the minimise/maximise and close buttons. This is definitely my favourite one by far : D Also, on the start menu you can right click the program and select a transparency level.

Actual Transparent Window

I've used this briefly, but I hate shareware and trial so it was gone in a Flash. If Stickid wants to add a review in a post I'll be happy to add it.

Froost

This is ugly and slightly awkward to use, due to the fact that it can't be brought up from the systray icon. It's still good because it's only about 56kb! I carry it on my flashdrive along with Pivot.[url]

Okay.

Well I've been using the second one for quite a while now, and it is very good. It certainly needs a better review.

The top one is better though, would recommend that one.

This is actually very good for stick tracing, thanks for sharing.

Yeah I bought actual transparant window. Definitely very simple, easy to use, and works with almost everything. Nothing I don't like about it.

I recommend it.

The first one sounds pretty good. I might try it some time, but I'm fine with Froost's small size for now.
